We are thrilled that you’re interested in helping us build better nonprofit profiles. Your volunteer efforts will have a direct impact on nonprofits by improving their ability to recruit volunteers and donors.

Getting Started:

  • Click the “Get Started Now” button below to finish setting up your account on our Simply Better Platform. This is the platform you’ll use to work on nonprofit profiles.
  • Complete the Training: Once logged in, click on the blue “Training” button to begin. Follow the pop-up instructions as you go through the training, which should take about 45-60 minutes.
  • Check Out Nonprofit Profiles: After training, you’ll be able to check out a packet of 5 nonprofit profiles to work on. Aim to complete these within a week, and remember to hit “Save” after each nonprofit is finished.
  • Customize Your Experience: Create an avatar on the dashboard, which will be used on the volunteer leaderboard as you earn points for your contributions.

  • Feedback & Issues: Use our Feedback Form to report any issues or suggest improvements.
  • Documentation of Volunteer Hours: For your time, you’ll receive 1 hour of credit for training and 2 hours for each nonprofit packet (5 profiles) you complete. Email us if you need hour verification.
